“BEWARE! I don’t think I’ve ever left a negative google review, but this company absolutely deserves one. They took zero accountability for their wrong-doings and lack of service. A move-out deep clean service was paid for (over $300) and we did not receive this. After addressing it with the company, I requested a touch up or partial refund and they refused. See texts and photos below from 6 days after the service was ‘supposedly rendered.’ Fans, baseboards, windowsills, floors, and other areas were visibly dirty after their reported 2 hour service. When presented with photos, the company declined to take responsibility and blamed the renter for not being moved out completely. Despite not being able to clean the master bedroom (where they said they were told not to clean), the remainder of the house had minimal furniture/belongings and was not cleaned- as seen in the photos/videos. I’m convinced the two ladies sat in the house and did absolutely nothing (knowing very well they were just going to claim the renter hadn’t moved out)… Property owners and landlords should be very cautious choosing this company!”
